2012 Young Artists Competition

The 2012 Mondavi Center Young Artists Competition, offers performance opportunities and scholarships up to $3,000 for U.S.-resident pianists, instrumentalists, chamber ensembles and vocalists ages 8-21.

Auditions for the 2012 Young Artists Competition will be held January 7 and 8, 2012 at the Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts in Davis, CA. The application deadline is October 31, 2011.

Marilyn Mindell Piano Competition

The Marilyn Mindell Piano Competition will feature a Senior Level (high school students) and a Junior Level (ages 10-13 years old). The first prize winner of the Senior Level will receive $1000 and a solo performance with the Peninsula Symphony. For the Junior Level, three winners will be chosen, all of whom will receive $100 as well as a solo performance at the Peninsula Symphony’s Family Concert. Eligibility for both Junior and Senior Level competitions is open to young pianists residing in Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco and Alameda Counties.
